Shipping Policy
At Green Desert Farm, we take pride in ensuring that your orders are carefully packaged and delivered in a timely manner. Shipping rates are flat, but subject to change. Your satisfaction is our top priority. In the rare case that a shipment is damaged in transit, a full refund or replacement will be made available at notice of the customer, within 7 days of delivery, at the discretion of Green Desert Farm. Should a shipment become missing in transit, a full refund or replacement will be made available at notice of the customer within 7 days of estimated delivery at the discretion of Green Desert Farm. All packages are sent via the US Postal Service, unless otherwise specified. Tracking numbers for orders may be provided upon request.

Delivery times can be expected approximately 10-14 days after order placement. You will receive an email with your USPS tracking number once your order(s) are in transit.

Green Desert Farm is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages after being scanned as being in the possession of the carrier, as all delivery dates are only estimates - we are not the Post Office, nor are we responsible for handling or transporting packages after they are in USPS's possession. Please order and plan ahead if items are needed by a specific date, or in a specific quantity. Accurate address and order information are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, at the time of purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy
Green Desert Farm stands behind the quality of our products; to ensure the highest level of that quality, returns or exchanges of any items, perishable or non-perishable, will not be accepted. If you are ever not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or replacements will not be guaranteed if we are not notified of an issue within 7 calendar days of delivery (or estimated delivery). We reserve the right to deny a refund or replacement of a purchased item for any reason - however, your satisfaction is our top priority.
